The Kids Hub offers free mental health and well-being support for children aged 0-12 and their families and carers
- Is your child anxious, struggling with friends, or avoiding school?
- Is your child having difficulty managing their emotions and you would like to know how to support them?
- Could your child benefit from talking to someone about their big feelings?
- Are you concerned about your child’s behaviour and unsure how to respond?
- Are you experiencing emotional challenges during early parenthood and need someone to talk to?
- Are you currently awaiting an assessment or diagnosis (such as ADHD or autism) and would like some mental health and wellbeing support for your child in the meantime?
The Kids Hub is well-equipped and there are lots of ways we can help:
- On-site therapists and mental health professionals
- Peer support from parents who’ve faced similar challenges
- Workshops to help you better support your child at home
- Therapeutic and educational tools
- A wide range of reading materials
- Computers for research, planning, and finding additional support services
- Specialised local programs
- An on-site creche providing a safe, nurturing space for children to play and learn while parents engage with our team (bookings required)
- Outreach services offering support at your home or preferred location
